Soul Care
September 10th, 2009
One of the deepest needs I have is proper soul care, what about you? It’s so much easier to check things off a list, and just do more for God, rather than sit in his presence and rest. How do we assess the health of our souls? We talked about this with Mindy Caliguire on Midday Connection when we kicked off an 8 week series on ‘Discovering Soul Care’. I hope you can join us each Wednesday through October 28 for the entire series. To listen to yesterday’s(9 – 09) Bible study kick off program go to www.middayconnection.org and click on the past program tab to listen to the archived broadcast. You can also download Midday Connection as a podcast. Check out today’s program(9 – 10) too, which was a continuation of our Wednesday discussion. Today I talked with Alan Kraft, author of “Good News for Those Trying Harder.”

HI Anita,
I agree…..one way I have found to ‘get focused’ on soul care is to actually get down on my knees to pray. It’s amazing how assuming this physical posture has helped me recognize my need. It’s much more difficult to be sidetracked by random thoughts.
In what is becoming an incredible season of ministry opportunity w/Virelle Kidder and Carol Kent, I am increasingly aware of my need to sit w/Abba.
Blessings on you, Melinda and Lori. Thanks for your ministry via MC
You not going to believe this but I have spent all day scrounging for some info about this. Thanks for this, it was a interesting read and really helped me out. Thanks again, <a href=”http://ezinearticles.com/?Funny-Christmas-Songs-For-Children—Groove-King-Senseless
